Documentary Filmmaker
and Video Editor.
Based in Amsterdam.
After receiving her Masters in Media Arts at Academy of Media Arts in Cologne in 2018, Phila has entered the path of commercial post-production industry first in New York at postproduction houses Arcade Edit and Uppercut Edit. Back in her homecountry Germany in Berlin, Phila has worked with various directors under the agency S EC Studio in Berlin on commercial projects for brands like Volkswagen, The Female Company, and Nike Berlin.

In 2022, Phila has joined Tesla as their first Video Producer and Editor for Tesla Europe with the responsibility to film and edit all European-related video content.
Next to emotionally driven stories, the topics Phila feels most drawn to circle around topics that come from a place of true passion. Automotive, dance, art, and sports. The multi-disciplinary angle in her projects create a versatile world with many layers. This not only shows in her film work, but also in her work as a visual artist.
